Since becoming licensed as a Bonds Person in 1984, I have been a continuous Member of the South Carolina Bail Agents Association.  I have held all Offices including Present for two years.  I have been a member of the Board of Directors continuously each year since1984, until 2007.  I was their Lobbyist for eight years.

I have owned three P & C Insurance Offices and part owner in four others, two of which were in North Carolina.

I previously owned two bail bond companies in North Carolina.

I have trained 10 Bailbond Agents in my Company since 1984, six of whom are still in the bail bond business and one went on to become a successful doctor in Columbia S. C., Dr. Will Floyd.

As an approved Bail Bond Course Instructor under the S. C. DOI, I have assisted other instructors with approximately 15 Classes and conducted approximately five of my own using their approved material.

I am presently filed in 16 Counties and also write bonds all over the State including federal bonds.

I am presently in the process of organizing two State Associations, The South Carolina Professional and Surety Bondsmen Association and The South Carolina Alcohol/Electronics/Satellite Monitoring Association.
