Any Student that is unable to pass the required exam after three attempts within 90 days of completing the course, and having attended one 20 hour review class provided by Ned  Polk and before the third attempt, will be given a 50 % refund of the cost of the course within 30 days of a written notice accompanied by proof of the test taken and their grades.  This refund will be given if the student feels it was due to the instructor or course not properly providing and presenting what was required to fully understand and complete the exam with a passing grade.

Furthermore, any student that passes the Surety Pre-Licensing Course exam provided by Thomson Prometric with a perfect grade of 100 (All answers correct), will also receive one-half (50%) of their course tuition as a refund after providing a copy of their score report to the instructor.

This guarantee shall be the sole and exclusive remedy by the student/participant thereunder for this course and its classroom lectures, discussions and materials furnished, whether such remedies be in contract, tort or by law.
