Ned L. Polk Sr., and any other approved instructor will use their best efforts in providing and presenting all available information and material to assist you in totally understanding the bail industry in South Carolina and developing sufficient knowledge to pass the required course exam. If any student feels, after the end of the first day of class that the bail industry is not in your best interests, they may inform the instructor in writing that they wish to withdraw, promptly and immediately return all materials and books furnished them, and they will be given a fifty percent (50%) refund for the cost of the course within 30 days.   

This warranty shall be the sole and exclulsive remedy by the student/participant thereunder for this course and its classroom lectures, discussions and materials furnished, whether such remedies be in contract, tort or by law.
